Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short

We offer a 7-day refund windowon the FinBharath Pro one-time purchase. If you’re not satisfied within 7 days of payment, email us and we’ll refund the full ₹499.

1. Operator and merchant of record

FinBharath is operated by Satya Kiran (sole proprietor), based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Pro purchases are processed through our Razorpay merchant account, held in the name of S. R. Yelisetti (proprietor, family-run). The brand shown on the Razorpay checkout is “Finbharath”. Your bank statement or UPI receipt may show the proprietor name instead of the brand. Both refer to the same payment.

2. Refund window

You may request a full refund of your FinBharath Pro purchase within 7 calendar days from the date your payment is successfully completed. After 7 days, the purchase is non-refundable, since you have had ample opportunity to evaluate the content.

3. How to request a refund

Email us at raviyelisetti99@gmail.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject line “Refund request”. Please include:

  • Your registered email and the name on your account.
  • The Razorpay payment ID (sent in your payment receipt).
  • A brief reason. This helps us improve, but is not mandatory.

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet) via Razorpay. The amount typically appears in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or wallet provider.

5. What happens to your access after a refund

Once a refund is processed, your account will be downgraded from Pro back to the free tier. You retain access to free content (Levels 1 and 2) and your progress is preserved.

6. Exceptions

  • Refund requests made after 7 days from purchase will not be honored, except where required by applicable law.
  • If we detect abuse (for example, repeated refund-then-rebuy patterns, or evidence that an account has been used to download or redistribute Pro content), we may decline a refund and terminate the account under our Terms & Conditions.

7. Cancellation

FinBharath Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel. You simply do not need to make any further payment. You can stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of your account, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with how we handle your refund request, please write to us first. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may also contact your card issuer or Razorpay support. Disputes are subject to the governing law and jurisdiction stated in our Terms & Conditions.
